July 9, 2020 Update
It is with a sense of great loss that we announce that Koronis Bible Camp 2020 has been cancelled. Unfortunately, due to continuing Covid-19 related restrictions, the facilities where camp is held will not be available for our use during camp week. We expect this news will disappoint campers and families alike who have already endured the alteration or cancellation of so many events this year. But we also want to assure everyone that we fully expect camp will be back next year and we look forward to 2021 and seeing everyone together again with joyful anticipation.
Over the course of the next few days, Koronis Bible Camp will issue and mail full refunds of registration deposits to all campers and families who provided deposits. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Koronis Board of Directors or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We pray you have a safe and healthy summer!
June 1, 2020 Update
Now that summer is arriving, we want to reach out and make sure you know that it is our hope and expectation to have an enriching and safe camp this summer as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions currently in place today in Minnesota. Boating, fishing, water sports, volleyball, golfing, bonfires, fellowship activities and Bible-centered teaching, among many other things, are crucial and highly-anticipated components of camp life that we confidently expect to partake in at camp this summer.
Although we can’t foresee exactly what the situation will look like, and undoubtedly it will be a little different, we are currently at work putting together a plan so that camp can run as normally and smoothly as possible, while complying with whatever directives the State of Minnesota or its Governor have in place at the time of camp. Together with our hosts at the ministry grounds, Koronis Ministries, we look forward to producing a camp that glorifies God and keeps people safe.
We will keep you updated as we approach camp time should any governmental restrictions prevent us from joining together this summer, and will also provide further details on any and all safety precautions we will need to adhere to at camp.
Please join us in prayer in these considerations, for the camp's direction, as well as for the state of the pandemic and the impact it has had on Koronis Ministries and all of our camp families and attendees. With this, we encourage you to register in hopeful anticipation for camp this summer, which will also help us plan the week's operations.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to seeing you very soon!
